A village on the Črnovrška plateau in Slovenia's Inner Carniola region, sitting at the edge of a karst field beneath the slopes of Špik and the rocky outcrops of Mala and Velika Peč. The plateau's dolomite terrain is dotted with sinkholes and pits, and two small streams rise here before disappearing underground. Crni Vrh is the only compact settlement on the plateau and serves as a crossroads for routes toward Col, Godovič, Idrijski Log, Lome, and Zadlog.
