Euromus

The ruins of Euromus, an ancient Carian city in Muğla Province, sit at the foot of the mountains near Selimiye in western Türkiye. Founded as early as the 8th century BC and attributed to a Carian figure named Euromus, son of Idris, the site passed through several names over the centuries. It lies close to the ancient city of Mylasa and within reach of both mountain terrain and water.
