The Basilica of Święta Góra (Holy Hill), a Baroque masterpiece by architect Pompeo Ferrari and the principal Marian sanctuary of the Archdiocese of Poznań, is the main draw in this town in western Poland's Greater Poland Voivodeship. The basilica sits alongside a monastery of the Oratory of Saint Philip Neri. Gostyń lies on the Kania river, roughly south of Poznań.
