This tiny waterside municipality in Quebec's Estrie region, Milan sits in sight of mountains in the Le Granit area. Founded in 1877 by Scottish immigrants from the Isle of Lewis, it was originally called Marsden before being renamed to avoid confusion with the nearby township of Marston.
