Norheimsund
Vestland · Norway
Steinsdalsfossen, one of Norway's most-visited natural attractions, sits just outside this modest Hardangerfjord town in Vestland, where the waterfall leads into the Toka Gorge. Norheimsund itself sits on the fjord's northern shore, with an award-winning redeveloped waterfront, and serves as the main commercial centre for Kvam Municipality. The wider region is ringed by UNESCO World Heritage sites, and Bergen is a manageable distance to the west.
