Peschici
Foggia · Italy
This small coastal town on the Gargano promontory in Puglia, Peschici sits within the Gargano National Park and has built a reputation as a seaside resort since the early 1960s. Its beaches have repeatedly earned Blue Flag status for water quality, and on clear days the Croatian islands and the peaks of the Maiella are visible from the shore. The town has a real café and restaurant scene for its size, and at the summer solstice the sun rises and sets over the Adriatic from the same vantage point.
