Tenno

A small Trentino village a few kilometres from Riva del Garda, Tenno sits on the slopes above Lake Garda and is home to Lake Tenno, known for its vivid blue-green water. Its medieval neighbourhood of Canale is listed among I Borghi più belli d'Italia, and the Cascate del Varone waterfalls lie within the municipality. A summer festival, the Quarta d'Agosto, takes place each August in the hamlet of Cologna.
