Benahavís

A mountain village on the western Costa del Sol with a restaurant scene well out of proportion to its size, Benahavís sits inland from the coast on the southern slopes of the Serranía de Ronda, with the Guadalmina, Guadaiza, and Guadalmansa rivers crossing its terrain. The municipality also holds around a dozen golf courses, adventure sports in the surrounding hills, and historic sites including Montemayor Castle and the natural area of El Cerro del Duque.
