Proclaimed the first capital of the County of Sicily by the Norman leader Roger I in 1062, Troina is a small mountain town in Sicily's Nebrodi Park, in the province of Enna. It holds an unusual concentration of churches for its size and has been recognised as one of Italy's most beautiful villages since 2017.
